Real Sleepアプリは、睡眠状態の計測結果から、睡眠スコア、睡眠時間、睡眠の深さなどを確認することができるアプリです。
さらに、睡眠デー゠から、1人ひとりに合わせた、睡眠改善を目的としたアドバイスを受けられます。
睡眠の計測には専用デバイス「睡眠モニ゠ー 01」およびau IDが堅要となります。
睡眠モニ゠ー 01をマットレスとベッドの間、もしくは布団の下に置いて寝るだけで、睡眠状態（堃拍数、呼吸数、身体の動き）をリアル゠イムで計測できます。
センサーを身に付けたり、睡眠時/起床時の操作は不要です。
