Red Bulls Paper Wings 2019 è la quinta edizione della più grande competizione di aerei di carta al mondo riservata agli studenti. Divisi in tre categorie (Distanza più lunga, Maggior tempo passato in aria e Acrobazie), migliaia di neofiti ed esperti si sfideranno su territorio nazionale e internazionale per far volare quanto più lontano, quanto più a lungo e quanto meglio possibile le proprie creazioni.
La novità del 2019 è l'app Red Bull Paper Wings AR: sfruttando la realtà aumentata, ti aiuterà ad affinare le tue skill di costruzione e a spiccare il volo una gara dopo l'altra, fino alle World Finals che si terranno nell'Hangar-7, il quartier generale degli storici Flying Bulls.
Tramite l'app imparerai come piegare la carta per creare le 5 tipologie di aeroplano: dal classico Spy Plane fino al Sailor Wing, per i veri esperti. Ognuno di loro ha caratteristiche specifiche, pensate per eccellere in determinate categorie: sarà quindi facile capire quale costruire.
Dopo aver piegato il tuo aeroplano, calibralo e testalo sulla pista, tenendo traccia di distanza e tempo speso in aria. I tuoi risultati vengono registrati, quindi sfrutta la cosa per migliorarti, ma anche per competere con gli avversari e scalare la classifica. L'app usa anche la geo-localizzazione, così da aiutarti a trovare la gara di qualificazione più vicina a te e a partecipare agli eventi.
E non scordarti del gioco in Realtà Aumentata, perfetto per allenarti a lanciare il tuo aeroplano di carta nel cestino. Avanzando nel gioco aumenterà anche la difficoltà, con ostacoli e distanze da raggiungere sempre più difficili.
