The new version 1.1 of the App shows the Frame Rate and LEDs (=frames) as red, if they have not been processed by the App. Red LEDs do not mean something is wrong with your device. It may just not support the Refresh Rate you selected.

With this App it is possible to visualize, if the own Smartphone can handle a certain Display Refresh Rate (RR) or not. It shows the current Frame Rate as well.
The App can test a Refresh Rate of 60, 90 and 120 Hz.
Depending on the chosen Refresh Rate, either 60 or 90 or 120 LEDs gets flashed in a circle per second. If a Smartphone can handle a certain Refresh Rate, then all LEDs will continuously and smoothly light up one by one. If a lot of LEDs remain red, then the Smartphone is not able to handle that Refresh Rate. Either because the display is not supporting the Refresh Rate at all, or because the Smartphone or the Processor/GPU is not fast enough to update the screen. Or background processes of some apps are taking to much Processor time.
