A single APP for everyone in a box/ gym (members, athletes, managers, accountants, physiotherapists, nutritionists, coaches, receptionists, etc.). Fully customizable regarding permissions given to each party and the content that is made available.
Members/ athletes can:
- Schedule classes or services, book drop-ins, check-in to classes with a QR code or pin, check-out class scheduling and WODs viewing rules, create workouts and log scores, download workout history, view WODs, leader boards, exercise videos, etc.
- Consult the box/ gym ranking (by gender and age group), view PRs, send emails to the box managers, with feedback or suggestions.
- Create, customize and save to favorites, any type of timer (Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP, For time, Stopwatch).
- Consult schedules of CrossFit competitions, races, monthly/ weekly challenges, workshops, dinners and gatherings, etc. Register individually or by teams, in any of these activities and share that registration on social networks. They can also follow all details of a CrossFit competition, heats schedule, athletes/ teams in each heat, view athletes' profiles, view or log their own score, see details of the competition's WODs, view leader boards of each WOD and overall rankings, show support for athletes through fist bumps or comments, view leader boards of fist bumps by athlete/ team or box, participate in the betting challenge, where they can place bets (play money) on their favorite athletes/ teams.
- Participate in the RegyBox Challenge with the conquest of medals (bronze, silver or gold) for their achievements in the box/ gym (monthly class attendance, fist bumps received and given, new PRs, invite friends for a workout, among other challenges), participate in the election of the member of the month, coach of the month, award giving gala, gift exchange with a secret friend, etc.
- Download documents from a digital dossier (meal plans, personalized training plans, etc.), view the box/ gym news and interact with comments and likes, consult records of physical evaluation tests through charts and reference tables, view and order existing products in the box /gym store (t-shirts, supplements, etc.), view the current balance, credit or purchase history, and answer questionnaires.
- Setup and customize the entire APP, such as, class viewing options (by location or class type), privacy options, emails and notifications options, customize the look of the APP with dark or light background, theme colors as well as background patterns and language.
- Create a profile on the social network RegyBox World, make publications, friend requests, comments, reactions, etc.
Managers can:
- Add new members, edit/ view personal details, membership details, payment alerts, types of classes they can attend, attendance history.
- Create or edit the classes/ services map, receive membership, insurance and other payments, register expenses and revenues, sell products from the POS store, add credit to members, view prospects details and make notes, schedule new contacts, send emails (booking of experimental classes and feedback questionnaires).
Coaches can:
- Schedule classes and log scores for members, record attendance, view coaches notes, create/edit WODs, send content to the RegyBox screen (% RM table, play list videos, exercise videos, description and leader boards of WODs, timers, etc.), create/ share annotations on members, view members PRs as well as the workout history and can also manage a CrossFit competition entirely!
