Aplikacja przeznaczona głównie dla małych, jednoosobowych biur nieruchomości dla których ważne są koszty utrzymania systemu informatycznego.
System może być wykorzystywany jako samodzielne narzędzie bez korzystania z komputera lub współpracujące w sieci użytkowników.
