This is NOT a stand-alone application. This application is an add-on component and should NOT be downloaded by itself. It should ONLY be downloaded through “Rescue + Mobile for Android” on a supported Positivo Smartphones.
Rescue should only be used with a support technician you trust. A technician will give you a six digit pin-code to initiate the support session.

Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
