Ridesharing Offeria (or simply Rides Offeria) is a free and unlimited app for locally sharing car rides, hitchhiking and carpooling.
Ridesharing Offeria is the Uber of local rides and deliveries, except that its services are totally free! See who is available near you who can give you a ride or carpool with you or deliver something for you and make an offer to them. The driver/deliverer can accept your offer or negotiate the price.
Offeria is a virtual marketplace for bids and offers (in a time-free auction style). Ridesharing Offeria is one of the Offeria marketplace suite of products. Offeria: The offer utopia!
You can freely create an offer (with photos), search offers, accept bidders and contact them for free! You can also rate bidders and buyers.
