Cellsea Ringtone Maker is a free application for managing and creating ringtones, alarms, and notifications directly on the handset. Click any song in your music library, and you can create custom ringtones instantly. Rather than have one ringtone for all incoming calls, you can set unique ringtones or music to each user to personalize your device and better organize your contacts.
