This app is designed to automate the dice rolls in Risk. It's main target scenario is when the game is coming to an end and armies are getting quite large.
To use this app you need to enter the number of attacking and defending players. You can then either run til the end of run one dice roll at a time.
This app is similar to other apps in the play store except is has a focus on giving options to the user and it also outputs its internal workings.
