“රූ පරිගණක” සඟරාව යනු, මුද්‍රිත පොතක් සහ DVD තැටියක් සමගින් පළ කෙරෙන ලංකාවේ එකම තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ සඟරාවයි. බහුමාධ්‍ය අන්තර්ගතයක් සහිතව, දැවැන්ත තොරතුරැ සමුදායක් සමගින්, පරිගණක, සන්නිවේදන, විද්‍යා හා තාක්ෂණ යන ඉතා පුළුල් විශයය පරාසයක් ඔස්සේ සෑම මසකම රූ පරිගණක සඟරාව පාඨකයා අතට පත්වෙයි. 2007 වසරේ ජූලි මස නිකුත් කරන ලද මංගල කලාපයේ සිට මේ දක්වාම අඛණ්ඩවම පාඨකයින් අතරට පත්වූ රූ පරිගණක සඟරාව 2017 ඔක්තෝම්බර් වන විට කලාප 123 ක් නිකුත් කර තිබේ. ලාංකීය තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ ක්ෂේත්‍රයට නැවුම් හා වටිනා පරිගණක දැනුම තිළිණ කරන්නට වසර 7 කට ආසන්න වූ මේ කාලය තුළ අපට හැකියාව ලැබී ඇත. මෙරට ප්‍රමුඛතම තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ සඟරාවක් ලෙසින්ද, බහුමාධ්‍ය DVD අන්තර්ගතයක් සහිත පළමු හා එකම ප්‍රකාශණය ලෙසින්ද මේ වන විට රූ පරිගණක සඟරාව හොඳ ස්ථාවරයක පසුවෙයි. 2012 හා 2014 වසරවලදී පැවැත්වුනු ඊ-ස්වාභිමානි සම්මාන උළෙලේදී විද්‍යුත් අධ්‍යාපන කාණ්ඩයේ ගෞරව සම්මානයකින් ද ජාත්‍යන්තරව ඉන්දියාවේ M Bilionth සම්මානයෙන්ද රූ පරිගණක පිදුම් ලැබුවේ, ලාංකීය තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ අධ්‍යාපනය නංවාලීම සඳහා අප සඟරාවෙන් ලබාදෙන දායකත්වය අගය කරනු පිණිසයි.
අප සඟරාව මගින් තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ ලෝකයේ නවතම පුවත්, නවතම ප්‍රවණතාවයන්, නවතම සොයාගැනීම් හා තාක්ෂණයන් ගැන දැනුම මෙන්ම ලොව වටා දැනුම, අපූරු විස්මිත වීඩියෝ පට මෙන්ම මෘදුකාංග, පරිගණක ක්‍රීඩා හා සිනමා පට පවා නොමිලයේ ලබාදෙනු ලබයි. පරිගණක හා තාක්ෂණික ලෝකයේ නවතම දැනුම අප ශ්‍රී ලාංකීය පාඨකයින් හට ලබාදීම අපේ යුතුකම හා වගකීම බව අපේ දැක්මයි. ලෝකයත් සමග අළුත් වන්නට අප නිරන්තරයෙන් උත්සාහ කරන අතර මෙතෙක් කල් CD තැටියක් සමග පැමිණි රූ පරිගණක සඟරාව 2014 මාර්තු කලාපයේ සිට DVD තැටියක් ලෙසින් වඩාත් වැඩි අන්තර්ගතයක් සමගින් ඔබට පිදෙන්නේ ඒ අරමුණෙනි. ජංගම දුරකථන භාවිතා කරන ඔබ වෙනුවෙන් "රෑ පරිගණක" ඇන්ඩ්‍රොයිඩ් මෘදුකාංගය එළි දක්වන්නේ අපේ ගමනේ නැවුම් මං සලකුණක් සටහන් කරමිනි.
පරිගණක ඇන්ඩ්‍රොයිඩ් මෘදුකාංගය භාවිතයට ඉතා පහසු ආකාරයෙන් නිර්මාණය වී තිබේ. ඔබට එය සමගින් රූ පරිගණක සඟරාව හා අප සමගින් වඩාත් පහසුවෙන් හා ඉක්මනින් සම්බන්ධ වන්නට දැන් අවස්ථාව ලැබී තිබේ. සඟරාව කියවන්නට, නරඹන්නට මෙන්ම පැරණි කලාප මිලදී ගන්නටත් මෙහි පහසුකම් තිබේ. එසේම ඔබේ අදහස්, යෝජනා මෙන්ම ගැටළු වඩාත් පහසුවෙන් අපට යොමු කරන්නටත් පුළුවන්. රූ පරිගණක සඟරාවේ මොබයිල් රූපාන්තරකරණය සමගින් ඔබට වඩාත් හොඳ අත්දැකීමක් ලබාදීම අපේ අරමුණ වන අතර වසර 10 ක් පුරා අපත් සමගින් රැඳී වුන් ආදරණීය පාඨක ඔබට මෙය වටිනා තිලිණයක්ම වේවා... ඔබට ජය !!!
