School Off is the innovative mobile platform standard or customized with your image or specific functions for your after-school center, used for real-time communication and information´s management between teachers, principals, students and parents. Discover and share the education, the learning and the day to day of your students or children in just one click.
The secure, easy and fast communication system helps to monitoring a personalized education with a higher quality, informing you at every moment of what matters most, the growth and the daily development of the children.
School Off allows you to connect and communicate with the center and the teachers from anywhere and at any time. Thanks to the teachers’ help, you will not miss a moment of the children´s day. Thanks to the parent´s collaboration, caregivers will provide a better and personalized care.
School Off has marked the beginning of the technological transformation in education management for after-school centers. The communication between the parents, the teachers, the students and the principals has never been so safe and so fast thanks to the next features:
Diary: you will find what has happened today; Behaviour, delivered and future Tasks, and a Chat of observations between the parents, the student and the teacher.
Communications: you will keep informed about any notice or general communication from teachers and principals in anytime.
Pictures: forget the social networks and look at the photos that show the day to day of your child in the center. Do not worry, privacy comes the first, only the users invited by the principal can see the pictures and they can´t be downloaded from the platform.
My Center: this option has all the center´s general information: Address with GPS guide; Telephone number with direct call to the center; Website; Timetables: What do they do during the week?; Excursions and Trips´ information and Authorizations from the parents; Meetings with the monitors and confirmation of parental attendance and Subjects'; assessment.
Attendance list: the teachers will fill the attendance list and the parents will receive an instant message on their mobile phone in the case the child is not in the center.
Health: Does your child have a medical history or special care? You can inform the teacher using this section in order to get the best taking care and personal attention for your child.
As a student, do you feel that you or a schoolmate is experiencing a bullying problem? Do you need help and support for solving situations at home and at School? If yes, inform the parents, the teachers and the psychologists of your Center from the app without leaving any trace on your mobile!
