*This theme has all icons and wallpapers of Sense 5. This is just the icons and wallpapers, not the lock screen or widgets. Icons will replace stock apps such as e-mail, phone, and sms. Please let me know if it is not theming a stock app*
** TO APPLY THE THEME **
- Apex Launcher: Go to Apex settings > Theme settings
- Nova Launcher: Go to Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme
- ADW Launcher: On the home screen, press MENU > More > ADWSettings > Themes Preferences > Select your theme
Icon picker does not work on ADW, but it does theme icons in your app drawer. You can get the zip files of the updates on my deviantart site listed below though so that you are easy able to change
icons on your home screen
If you are looking for the clock for sense 5 that has nothing to do with launcher themes. There have been some made for UCCW though, so just check the Play Store.
I can only add what I have found leaked. So, please don't rate low because of the lack of icons. I'm not going to make icons unless I know what they look like because then it would not be true

Download Sense 5 Theme (Icon Pack) APK file (com.samanthaconner.sense_4_5605452.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.samanthaconner.sense_4_5605452.apk)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
