From the service centres' perspective, Service Book helps maintenance relationship with the workshop's customers. Providing them with instance access to their vehicle information and service information. Service Book provide mechanism to reach out to the workshop's customers individually and collectively from individual job updates to service reminders, announcements or promotional campaign. It is an effective CRM as well as Marketing tool for your workshop.
