• SUIVEZ L’ACTIVATION DE VOTRE LIGNE
Consultez les jalons clés de l’activation, la date et heure du rendez-vous lorsqu’une intervention à domicile est programmée et suivez la livraison de vos équipements.
• DIAGNOSTIQUEZ VOS PROBLEMES DE BOX 24H/24
Lancez un autodiagnostic de votre box SFR, testez votre ligne et bénéficiez d’un service d’aide à la résolution (optimisation des paramètres de la ligne, branchements, configuration,…).
En cas de panne réseau, soyez informé sur la date et heure prévisionnelle de résolution.
• SUIVEZ L’AVANCEMENT DE VOTRE DOSSIER SAV
Consultez le statut du dernier ticket ouvert, modifiez la date et heure du RDV téléphonique, consultez la date de votre RDV avec un technicien et suivez la livraison de vos équipements en cas de SAV équipement.
