Habib Taufiq bin 'Abdul Qadir bin Husein as-Saqqaf adalah seorang da'ie kondang yang berasal dari kota santri, Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. Beliau dilahirkan dalam tahun 1969. Sejak kecil, beliau telah menerima sebaik-baik asuhan dan didikan agama daripada ayahanda beliau, Habib 'Abdul Qadir as-Saqqaf rahimahullah, yang merupakan murid kepada Habib Muhammad bin Hadi as-Saqqaf, murid Shohibul Mawlid, Habib 'Ali al-Habsyi. Begitulah seterusnya didikan yang diperolehinya melalui majlis-majlis ta'lim dan berguru langsung dengan tokoh-tokoh ulama dan awliya' yang terkenal di Kota Pasuruan dan di luarnya. Antara yang menjadi guru langsung beliau adalah Habib Ahmad bin Hadi al-Hamid dan Habib 'Umar bin Hasyim Ba'Agil, Surabaya.
