You can use ShopNT to:
· Find answers to common shopping questions such as ‘Can I get a refund if I change my mind?’
· Assist you in talking to a business about unsatisfactory goods and/or services.
· Store your receipts as photos on your phone, so you never need to worry about a lost or faded receipt.
· Set reminders for your lay-bys, warranties and gift vouchers
ShopNT has been developed by Northern Territory Consumer Affairs, the government agency that regulates fair trading in the Northern Territory, Australia. The information in ShopNT is based on Consumer laws that apply throughout Australia.
