Inform on the go
Almost every day, new environmental and social labels are found on products of all kinds. Originally intended for orientation, they are increasingly confusing consumers.
What does a label stand for? How good is it? This app provides clarity. Simply scan the label and check our assessment - currently available for laptops & co., leather, cell phones, natural stones, paper, textiles and detergents and cleaning agents. This makes conscious shopping easier.
An initiative of the German Federal Government
The app is part of a joint project coordinated by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and also the Federal Ministries of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS), Food and Agriculture (BMEL), Justice (BMJ), Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMU), as well as Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWi).
The app is financed by BMZ. The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is responsible for its implementation.
