Now Available memory can also be viewed as percentage.
By clicking on widget "Manage Application" settings can be loaded.

It is Simple and it does not drain battery as it is very light.
Widget turns "Red" when Memory is below 500 MB for RAM and 1 GB for internal or external memory.
Also allows user to customize font size according to the screen size.
