NOTE: Verizon Wireless blocks incoming UDP traffic that did not originate from the Verizon network. This means that you can send messages and get responses, but you cannot openly listen for incoming messages on the Verizon network.

All you have to do is enter the IP address and port number of your UDP server and with the click of a single button, you can send a test message to any UDP server. If the UDP server returns a response, the incoming text will also be displayed in the utility. This is a great way to test that your servers are online.
