Sleep Cycles Alarm is a sleep cycle calculator and alarm app.
With Sleep Cycles Alarm you can set an alarm to wake you up at the point when you will feel most refreshed. Sleep Cycles Alarm will calculate the intervals between your sleep cycles for when you exit R.E.M. sleep and allow you to set an alarm for it. When you wake up at the end of a sleep cycle it will not only be easier to wake up and get going but you will also feel more refreshed.
- Modify the time needed to fall asleep and the length of your cycle.
- Set multiple independent alarms for each type of alarm.
- Choose your own personal alarm tone or allow the app to use your default alarm tone.
- Allow alarm to vibrate your device or turn it off.
- Allow the alarm to turn on the screen or stay off so you need to unlock your device to stop it.
- Use the bouncing alarm button to help you wake up with four different speeds.
- Use the fullscreen stop button to turn off the alarm quickly.
- Turn the snooze button on or off and set a custom snooze length.
- Persistent notification option for when you have an alarm set.
- Customize your bedtime notifications to enable or disable light, sound and vibrate.
- Set repeating alarms for your selected days of the week.
Simple Alarm - Set a regular alarm for the times when you don't want to choose a cycle.
Sleep Now allows you to go to bed now and choose what cycle to get up after.
Sleep Then lets you choose a bed time in the future and choose an alarm based on the bed time.
Wake Then allows you to choose when you would like to get up and then choose when you will go to bed.
Repeating Alarms let you set your bed and wake alarms to go off on your selected days *This feature is still in Beta"
Alarms list all current alarms, showing both bedtime and the time the alarm is set for, and can be dismissed with a long press.
