Welcome to the Slimmers app - Your weight loss companion!
Keep track of your checks with Slimmers; This unofficial accompaniment app for the Scottish Slimmers community helps you count your daily checks and monitor your weight loss progress!
This app is a handy diary on your smartphone or tablet to help you keep track of how many checks you have remaining throughout each day of your weight loss programme. The app also helps you track your weight loss and assists in converting calories into checks.

Inside This App:
Home - The home page appears when you open the app for the first time. It displays your remaining checks, daily check allowance, target weight and allows you to add consumed foods to your diary. This then automatically recalculates your remaining checks.
Diary - The diary page displays the completed entries for each day you have used the Slimmers app. This displays all foods consumed that day, total checks remaining that day (balance), your daily allowance and target weight. The app also allows you to navigate to previous days to review previous entries.
Progress - The progress screen displays a graph of your weight loss, which can be updated on a regular basis. This is a great way to keep track of your progress in a visual way. The graph will display your current weight and show you how close you are to your target!
Settings - The settings page allows you to:
• Enter/change your daily check allowance
• Enter your target weight
• Change unit of weight (kilo, pounds, stone)
• Accrue surplus checks over to the next day
• Reset the app
