TVTest,MPC-HC,VLC media player等を你用している環境を想定していますが、ファイルの関連付けを利用してアプリを起動するのでその他の動画プレーヤー用のリモコンとしても你用できます。
別途、PC側の制御用アプリも用意する堅要があります。
