To use new OS 9 Dark skin / theme, you have to install Smart Keyboard first. It can be downloaded from Google Play.

Installation:
1. Go to Smart Keyboard Settings
2. Then General Settings -> Select Skin
3. Choose "OS9 Dark Skin"
