Smart Thermometer FREE is a simple app to use the temperature sensors in your phone or tablet to show the temperature nigh your phone. With a nice design and great precision, this will be your default way of checking temperature .
Please make sure your phone or tablet has a temperature sensor.
Use of internet connection is optional, and internet + gps are only required for phone or tablet not having an integrated temperature sensor.
Key features of the Smart Thermometer FREE:
- Temperature corresponding to your exact location in real time. You can also choose other places around the world.
- Temperature display in the Status Bar of your device.
- Temperature display on Android Wear device connected (= shows connected).

This app offers a nice designan and upgrade package which adds charts with historical data of your phone's readings plus better widgets.
Designed with Full HD in mind, so it's a perfect match for the Galaxy S4 and all other phones, but will work on any other device as well, provided GPS and an internet connection is available .
NOTE: This app can measure the ambient temperature in which your device is, however very few devices have dedicated ambient temperature sensor so on most devices the displayed temperature is the temperature of the device's internal electronics or battery and this is similar to the ambient temperature only if the device was long time on stand-by.
