★ Do you know that some apps still run in the background even when you have exited by pressing the Back button? If you are using Samsung devices, you can see them using the "Active Apps" widget.
★ Is your device's Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Mobile Data, or apps running in the background while you're sleeping?
★ Do you usually turn off these settings manually?
SmartLock will allow you to close all apps running in the background, turn off Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Mobile Data ALL at once when you lock your device's screen using this widget.
Then, the next time you wake your device, it will automatically switch these settings back on (except for the already closed apps, of course). In short, those settings will only be on when you need
them and off when you don't. This is a simple and effective way to help make your battery last longer.
We tested on some devices (Note 3, HTC One, Nexus 5, 7) and the battery drained only 2-3% overnight (8 hours) on average, compared to more than 10% usually.
* Please note that closing opened apps and turning off mobile data will only work with devices running KitKat or below.
