HOW IT WORKS: SMS Appointment Keeper is designed to work with your calendar. You book your clients into the calendar using your phone or PC. Program your message with SMS Appointment Keeper to run at a designated time before your appointments. Let the App do the rest - it will access your calendar to automatically send the reminder messages to your clients.
You may 'send now' or rely on the scheduler to send them on the day of the appointments or up to 7 days in advance of your bookings. Save multiple messages to send at different times. Switch between your messages to mix it up. Keep a check on who is receiving the texts through the Log.
Runs as a background app, meaning it will not interrupt other running apps when it is time to send the messages. Does not run continuously so does not use unnecessary memory and battery life on your phone.
Charges for text messages will be the responsibility of the user. Check your service provider for the cost per SMS before using.
