SNOWAY시스템은 학생이 목표 경력을 설정하면, 목표 경력을 달성하기 위해 필요한 직무역량과 직무역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 활동을 제시합니다.
그리고 동일한 목표 경력을 설정한 숙명여자대학교 학생들이 수행한 직무역량 개발 활동과 내가 수행한 활동을 비교 분석하여 개인의 역량 보유 수준을 알려주고 향후 중점 개발해야 하는 역량 활동을 가이드합니다.
