Strangers List: This list shows people with top interactions with your profile outside your friends list, noting that this list has the least accuracy between the other two, as the names are getting retrieved outside the user's friends list.
Surprise List: This list is given the highest priority in our algorithm and may not be available to everyone but for those whom the list does provide names, it shows people extensively interacting with your profile.
PS: The app has a free & paid versions, the free version shows you a part of the list & keeps the rest as hidden, where the paid versions unlock the whole list, please use the free version at first and try the app yourselves, if you are satisfied with the results, you have the option to switch to the paid versions.
