Feel more alive with Soul Alive! Soul Alive is a virtual mindfulness studio, library and community created to help you live your best life.
We do this through our live, guided meditation classes led by some of Australia's top meditation teachers. You also receive our Daily Mindful Moments, which have been designed to make it easy for you to learn and live mindfully and lastly, full access to the Soul Library! A place staked full of guided meditations, breathing exercises, mindfulness tips, tricks, articles. Plus some soothing sounds of nature to listen to at any time. Everything you need to squeeze the most out of life!

OUR LIVE GUIDED MEDITATION CLASSES:
You'll be able to book, experience and interact with our live-streamed meditation classes run throughout every week. Led by some of Australia's favourite meditation teachers! You can ask questions, chat with other members and most of all, immerse yourself in these personalised and powerful meditation experiences.
DAILY MINDFUL MOMENTS:
Every day we'll send you 3 x new daily mindful moments to complete. One for the morning, afternoon and evening. These bite-size activities may include short breathing exercises, meditations, interesting articles, and mindfulness insights and theory. Perfect to help you stay connected and feeling your best every day!
THE SOUL LIBRARY:
Find exactly what you need to help you handle and overcome whatever life throws at you. Including guided meditations to deal with stress & anxiety, breathing exercises to sharpen your focus, meditation tips and theory to deepen your practice. There are even some sounds of nature to help you drift off to sleep.
THE SOUL SERIES:
These Mindfulness programs have been developed to deepen your meditation practice and help you learn new mindful living skills and habits. Including our 6-Day program to help you learn the fundamentals of meditation and overcome some of the most common challenges faced when starting out with meditation.
