This is a ported version of Android's SoundRecorder. SoundRecorder is available on most Android devices but for some reason, it is not bundled on the Nexus 5 with Android 4.4 KitKat.
If you need SoundRecorder on your Nexus 5 or any other device, install this app.
How to install SoundRecorder for Android APK for Android [menu]
Download SoundRecorder for Android APK file (com.thinkleft.soundrecorder_100_151487.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
