SPackMan is A Simple Package (application) Manager for your Android.
Features:

* restore/install already backed-up apps
* simple and intuitive interface
* install/backup multiple packages at once
* keeps older backed-up versions, does not overwrite them
This app is aimed to be simple and no-nonsense. It is not aimed to be all powerful and full of features, rather to do one thing and do it well.
