The app is built on simplicity , the following are the main features :
* use the + icon to add a new category to track.
* swipe to the right to see more detail and do more! ( add items !)
* swipe to the left to remove or delete the item and all its history.
Note: When you want to start a new period/review just click the BIG BUTTON you will see it!
