Intervals are a great way of training for such sports as MMA, Boxing, Running, etc. Thanks CROSSFIT application, you can set the number of rounds, working time and rest time. Application allows you set 5 schedule workouts so you do not need to set your training from the beginning. Boxing bell inform you at beginning and end of each round.
