Aplikasi Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan merupakan aplikasi yang ditujukan untuk para Pengelola Keuangan Negara di Kementerian/Lembaga Pemerintahan.
Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (SAP) ditetapkan dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 71 Tahun 2010 sebagai pengganti Peraturan Pemerintah No. 24 Tahun 2005. SAP dinyatakan dalam bentuk Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (PSAP), dilengkapi dengan Pengantar Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan dan disusun mengacu kepada Kerangka Konseptual Akuntansi Pemerintahan.
SAP ini harus digunakan sebagai acuan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan pemerintah, baik Pemerintah Pusat maupun pemerintah daerah. Peraturan Pemerintah tentang Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan selengkapnya adalah sebagai berikut:
• Peraturan Pemerintah No. 71 Tahun 2010;
• Lampiran I Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan Berbasis Akrual;
• Lampiran II Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan Berbasis Kas Menuju Akrual:
• Lampiran III Proses Penyusunan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan Berbasis Akrual;
SAP ini dilengkapi dengan Buletin Teknis (Bultek) dan Interpretasi Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (IPSAP).
Buletin Teknis SAP adalah informasi yang berisi penjelasan teknis akuntansi sebagai pedoman bagi pengguna. Buletin Teknis SAP dimaksudkan untuk mengatasi masalah teknis akuntansi dengan menjelaskan secara teknis penerapan PSAP dan/atau IPSAP. KSAP telah menerbitkan beberapa Buletin Teknis sebagai berikut:
1. Buletin Teknis 01 tentang Neraca Awal Pemerintah Pusat
2. Buletin Teknis 02 tentang Neraca Awal Pemerintah Daerah

Interpretasi Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (IPSAP)
Interpretasi Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (IPSAP) adalah klarifikasi, penjelasan dan uraian lebih lanjut atas PSAP. Interpretasi Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan bertujuan menjelaskan lebih lanjut topik tertentu guna menghindari salah tafsir penggunaan PSAP. KSAP telah menerbitkan IPSAP, yaitu:
1. Interpretasi SAP 01 tentang Transaksi Dalam Mata Uang Asing
2. Interpretasi SAP 02 tentang Pengakuan Pendapatan yang Diterima Pada Rekening Kas Umum Negara/Daerah
3. Interpretasi SAP 03 tentang Pengakuan Penerimaan Pembiayaan yang Diterima Pada Rekening Kas Umum Negara/Daerah dan Pengeluaran Pembiayaan yang Dikeluarkan Dari Rekening Kas Umum Negara/Daerah
4. Interpretasi SAP 04 tentang Perubahan Kebijakan Akuntansi dan Koreksi Kesalahan tanpa Penyajian Kembali Laporan Keuangan

SAP Technical Bulletin is intended to overcome the technical problems of accounting by explaining the technical implementation of the PSAP and / or IPSAP. KSAP has issued Technical Bulletin as follows:

Interpretation of Government Accounting Standard (IPSAP) is clarification, explanation and further discussion on PSAP. Interpretation of Government Accounting Standard aims to explain more specific topics in order to avoid misinterpretations of use PSAP. KSAP has published IPSAP, namely:
