Add-on for START!?. This is not a standalone app.
Grant "access superuser" permission.
This add-on provides android.permission.ACCESS_SUPERUSER permission to START!?, is declared by SuperSU. If this permission is not present, SuperSU will present a warning in its superuser request popup (this is configurable in SuperSU settings).

How to install START!? - Superuser Add-on APK for Android [menu]
Download START!? - Superuser Add-on APK file (jp.uchicrew.start.addon.superuser_1_6547.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (jp.uchicrew.start.addon.superuser_1_6547.apk)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
