No need to call a 1-800 number anymore. Take a picture from your cell phone and instantly upload it to the app for local utility companies to review and fix.
The GPS coordinates help utility companies know the exact location of the street light pole, eliminating any guesswork in locating the pole, saving truck rolls and precious call agent time.
Use the Discussion forum to leave a comment and/or chat with utility company representatives to monitor the status of the outage.
