StudioMan is the first Android mobile App in the market that connects the customers with studios and freelancers wherever they are. Since StudioMan app runs in offline and online, it does not require mobile internet data connection all the time except registration and feedback. Here, Studios and freelancers can manage their studio events, customers, enquiries and orders using StudioMan. StudioMan allows you to send the event details as SMS to their customers mobile. It also provides functionalities to customize studio services and view revenue reports.
1. Calender:
Calendar widget is shown in the home screen where it displays the dates of a month .In the calender view you can create an Order or Enquiry. If a date is shown with a dot, it indicates that there is an event.
2. Create order:
To create an Order or Enquiry click the symbol in the menu.It is to create a new event shows a new view with three fields Date, Event name and amount. We can specify the service details also.
3. SMS Feature:
SMS feature is added in the studioMan Once we discussed the details of Order or Enquiry with the Customer then we can send all the details to them by SMS and this may increase our goodwill of our Studio.
4. SMS Signature
We can specify the Studio Owner signature like Studio's name , Owner's name and Mobile Number. We have two options of sending SMS to the customer by enabling Long SMS we can send the Order/Enquiry service details and disabling this option we can send only the Event name and Service total amount alone.
5. User Profile :
You can specify the User details like Studio name, Contact name, Email address, Mobile number and Address.
6. Services :
In Services, we can customize our own services of our Studio.We have provisions to add new services and edit the service details at anytime. By Default we can see all the services of our Studio here and as well as Searching a particular service also possible.
7. Device Manager :
Device manger provides us to select the devices and its details of our Studio.Whenever our Studio purchases a new Camera then we can add it here.
8. Chart/Report:
Reports/Charts give us the whole information of our business of our Studio. Our Business information can be viewed as Text reports and can be viewed in graphs as Charts.
9. Feed Back:
we always welcome your feed back and your thoughts on StudioMan.This will really help us to improve our App to serve you more effectively.You can specify your expectations, your new requirements and report Bugs if any.
