This is a Substratum theme. You need to be rooted and running a compatible ROM (with OMS support).
This is NOT compatible with the CM theme engine.

ModernUI is a hybrid (dark/light) theme styled after Windows Phone 10 design. The backgrounds are dark except email and message applications and notifications for seek of better readability.

The theme contains:
