Die App ist durch die Zusammenarbeit des Schweizerischen Roten Kreuzes mit Geflüchteten, mit der Schweizerischen Flüchtlingshilfe, der Universität Bern und der Freien Universität Berlin sowie mit vielen weiteren Fachpersonen entstanden. Die Inhalte und Angebote der App werden laufend aktualisiert und weiterentwickelt. Aktuell ist die App in Deutsch und Arabisch verfügbar (persönliche Begleitung nur in Arabisch), weitere Sprachen werden laufend ergänzt.
