Race Control ถูกสร้างขึ้นเพื่อ แจ้งเตือน เฝ้าระวัง เหตุการต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นแบบ real time จาก server สู่นักแข่งโดยตรงเพื่อให้นักแข่งในสนามแข่งได้รับการแจ้งเตือนต่างๆได้เร็ว จะได้ปลอดภัยจาก และระวังกับเหตุการที่เกิดขึ้น ทั้งนี้ยังสามารถแจ้งเตือนเป็นแบบข้อความ ให้นักแข่งโดยเฉพาะ หรือ จะส่งแจ้งเตือนทั้งสนามได้
การกำหนดค่าแจ้งเตือนจะถูกกำหนดค่าจากนายสนาม หรือ กรรมการ การแข่งขันของสนามนั้นๆ เท่านั้นบุลคลภายนอกไม่สามารถพิมพ์หรือส่งข้อความใดๆให้นักแข่งได้
เพื่อป้องกันการก่อกวนจากบุลคลภายนอก
Race Control ถูกพัฒนารวมกันระหว่าง ECU=SHOP และ Superturbo เพื่อใช้ในการแข่งขันในสนามแข่งที่ได้รับมาตรฐานเท่านั้นโดยจะมีทีมงานของ ECU=SHOP เข้าควบคุมการแข่งขัดและตรวจสอบด้วยเท่านั้นถึงจะสามรถ กำหนดค่าธง และ ข้อความแจ้งเตือนได้เท่านั้น
