Any Android mobile phone user, who has even the tiniest concern about the society they live in or Civic sense can communicate any grievance related to Garbage, Street lights, Corruption, Traffic, Drinking Water leakage or Pipe line leakages, Sanitation, Drains, Electricity and many more through Swacch Bharath Mission Mobile Application wherein their complaint will straight away reach concerned Department Official and also a Carbon Copy to the Commissioner of that geographical area.
Normally, the ideal time to resolve the issue would be 24 hours to 48 hours and might vary on the size of the problem to be rectified. The Concerned Department Official will also get a Mail Alert using which he would be notified about the grievance.
