T 보이는 음성안내'는 SK텔레콤의 '말로하는 AI상담’(음성인식)을 화면으로도 동시에 안내해주는 서비스입니다.
고객센터 114에 전화를 걸어 ‘말로하는 AI상담(음성인식)’를 선택하면, 음성 안내와 함께 화면 안내가 시작됩니다.
고객님은 귀로 음성 안내를 듣고, 눈으로 안내멘트를 확인하며, 화면에서 제시한 추천어를 보고 음성인식을 요청할 수 있습니다.
※ 이용방법
(1) 'T 보이는 음성안내' 서비스 다운로드
*** 최초 다운로드 시에는 반드시 1회 실행이 필요합니다.
(2) 114 (SK텔레콤 고객센터) 통화 연결
(3) 안내에 따라 ‘말로하는 AI상담’ 선택
(4) 'T 보이는 음성안내' 서비스 자동 실행
(5) 음성 안내를 들으면서 화면 안내 확인
※ 예외사항
- 네트워크가 불안정할 경우, 화면 실행이 지연될 수 있습니다.
- 네트워크 상태에 따라 음성안내보다 화면의 안내멘트가 늦게 나올 수 있습니다.

안드로이드 4.1 이상 사용 가능

기기 ID 및 통화 정보 : 현재 단말장치의 상태가 통화 상태인지 확인
기기 및 앱 기록 : 통화 중 T보이는 음성안내 서비스 제공을 위한 인터넷 접속
저장공간(사진/미디어/파일) : 어플리케이션 구동에 필요한 데이터 파일 저장 및 읽기
[선택적 접근권한]
통화 : 어플리케이션 내부에서 ARS 고객센터로 통화 연결
다른앱 위에 그리기 : 통화 중 제공되는 화면서비스 이용 제공
