This is a theme for Themer App by MyColorScreen. You need to have Themer App installed from before to use this theme.
To apply theme' go to Exported themes in menu and select the Theme from there.
Tested on Xperia SP which has a screen resolution of 720x1280.
Other screen sizes may or may not be supported.
I will not support any problem arising due to different screen resolutions.

How to install TabUI Theme APK for Android [menu]
Download TabUI Theme APK file (tk.eatheat.themer.tabui_1_1805501.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
