TC Partner - the app for Toll Collect service partners
The “TC Partner” app is the most flexible way for Toll Collect service partners (authorised workshops) to install and deinstall on-board units (OBUs) and their components and to document these tasks on a smartphone or tablet.
The app supports Toll Collect service partners with the following processes:
• Recording licence plate numbers and OBU serial numbers
• Installing and deinstalling OBUs
• Checking or exchanging faulty OBUs and components
• Obtaining replacement approval
• Documenting work that has taken place and storing service logs in digital form
• Inventory of OBUs
• Overview of all open processes
TC Partner is available in German, English, Polish, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian and Danish.
