VIGTIGT: Scale assistent er blevet afløst af en ny og bedre app ”TDC Erhverv Assistent”, som du fremadrettet skal benytte.

TDC Scale Assistent anvendes med en TDC Scale Mobil og/eller en TDC Scale konto til at ændre indstillinger på tillægstjenesterne:
- Fjernkontor
- Vil ikke forstyrres
- Fast Viderestilling
- Viderestilling ved manglende svar
- Viderestilling ved optaget
- Udvidede Søgegrupper (ind og udmelding)
TDC Scale Assistent giver tillige mulighed for at omstille indkommende kald, foretage opkald gennem TDC Scale (via dit telefonnummer), samt se opkaldshistorikken for dit TDC Scale telefonnummer. Med andre ord er det de mest brugte funktioner i PC Opkaldsklienten der nu er tilgængelige på din Android telefon.
TDC Scale Assistent er udviklet i samarbejde med TDC og kan kun anvendes hvis man har PC Opkaldsklient tilkøbt sin TDC Scale løsning.

TDC Scale Assistant is used with a TDC Scale Mobile and / or TDC Scale account to change settings on the value added services:

- Do Not Disturb
- Fast Forwarding
- Call Forwarding No Answer
- Call Forwarding Busy
- Extended Search Groups (in and announcement)
TDC Scale Assistant will also provide opportunities to divert incoming calls, make calls through TDC Scale (via your phone) and see the call history of your TDC Scale phone number. In other words, it is the most used functions of the PC Call The client is now available on your Android phone.
TDC Scale Assistant is developed in cooperation with TDC and can only be used if you have PC Call Client acquired its TDC Scale solution.
