Teal Skin and Clock Widget is designed for HTC phones running the new Sense 3.6 and ICS(Ice Cream Sandwich Update)
I built this off my "Ice Cold Skin" just changed everything to a teal.
This is currently built for the HTC Rezound, may not function on some other phones. Majority of the phones out there, please use version 2 of this skin (Teal v2)
How to install:
Download the apk
Go to settings, personalize, display, skins
Scroll though the skins, should have one called Teal
Click apply
Enjoy!
Note: May need to reboot for all settings to take effect

Download Teal - HTC Sense 3.6 Skin APK file from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
