TEMS MobileInsight also provides feedback and indications to Operators of your (The Customer) problematic issues experienced when you use the network and services provided by your Operator.

TEMS MobileInsight will notify your operator if you are experiencing quality or coverage problems or are having general network performance issues on their network. TEMS MobileInsight monitors valuable network performance indicators whilst correlating these indicators with geographic locations to provide Operators with the subscriber's real time experience when subscribers are utilising the available network and services.
