Du ska sedan försäkra dig om att arbetsplatsen är så säker som möjligt för dina anställda. Samtidigt måste du hushålla med dina resurser, för budgeten är begränsad. Syftet med spelet är att illustrera hur arbetsgivare kan frestas att kompromissa med sina anställdas säkerhet för att vinna fördelar gentemot sina konkurrenter, och att osund konkurrens leder till att människor far illa.
