Description [menu]
The Focus Tool™ is a simple but powerful tool for supporting any mindfulness practice. It alerts you randomly throughout the day, giving you reminders to practice being present in the moment.
The free version gives you one message that you can create and alters you randomly between 20 minutes and 2 hours apart.
The Premium version gives you up to 20 messages that you can choose to send in a specific order, or have them sent randomly. Premium also allows you to modify the alert window to as soon as 10 minutes and as long as 5 hours between messages. And it gives you the ability to choose between six different alert tones.
