I decided to write this book to share about everything I’ve learned in my life, the experiences I’ve had, the interaction with other human beings. I have always tried to learn everything I could, in all possible ways to make my life better and live in the most positive ways possible.
As maybe you, too, I had a lot of difficulties, and often thought I would not succeed, but the end has always dominated on me the spirit to continue and I always believed in the goodness of life without being caught in despair.
I learned to love life at my own pace, following a natural path, without burning stages.
That is why I urge you to read this book trying to follow my advice.
Life is beautiful but at the same time not easy. It has many twists and turns and many times we feel helpless and depressed. Depression is a mood disorder that causes feelings of sadness or a loss of hope for a long time. Being more serious than a simple episode of sadness, anger or just a temporary feeling of loss of energy, depression can have a significant impact on your life, on the capacity of your work, on your general health and on you as an individuality.
Depression manifests itself differently from person to person. Some feel “knocked down” for a long time, while other people feelings of depression come and go.
